Cancellation Policy    School Based Workshops A full refund or credit note will be provided where written notification (email or fax) is received 7 days prior to the event.   Cancelling a school based booking less than 5 days prior to the event will attract a fee of $220. (Plus Travel costs)   In the event that no notice of cancellation is provided in writing the full workshop fee will be payable.      Professional Development Workshops A full refund or credit note will be provided where written notification (email or fax) is received 7 days prior to the event.   Cancellation after this time, or non-attendance on the day, will be subject to a $25 per person administration fee.
