HOW REVVED UP WORKS:
The Revved Up program works with students to help them understand feelings of anger and discusses the individual reactions and responses they may have to situations that make them feel angry. Through the program, students are taught ways of relating positively with others and as a result, how to be aware and considerate of their and other people's feelings.The workshops are designed to encourage young people to:
ABOUT THE TRAINING:Workshops can be delivered directly to teachers or members of the school wellbeing team to equip them to run the program in their school, or Stride facilitators can work directly with young people in your school.Over the training students will:
